Select a photograph of the person or persons you wish to be drawn. The photograph should be clear and in focus and the subject should not be too small. It is better if the subject is not giving a great big toothy smile, as this tends not to look natural in a drawing.
If you cannot decide on a photo, please feel free to send me several and I can suggest which would be the best one to use. If you are thinking of sending me a photo taken by a professional photographer, you may need to request permission from the photographer beforehand due to strict copyright laws.
Once you have selected your photo, simply send it to me by email or post along with instructions on your choice of paper size (A4 or A3), the content of the portrait (e.g. 'Head and shoulders') and any additional requirements.

Please see my price list for details. I will confirm the price with you but will not request any payment until the portrait is complete.
I will send you a scan of the portrait (by email or post) and on approval will request that you send me a cheque for the full cost of the commission. If you wish for the portrait to be printed onto canvas, cards or posters I will then arrange for this to be done and your portrait will be sent to you as soon as it is ready.
Please allow 28 days for me to complete your picture. If you need it by a particular date then do ask, as I may be able to get it to you sooner. Please remember, Christmas time is a very busy period so to avoid disappointment, place your order in good time. Your portrait will be sent by Special Delivery and will be packed to ensure that it reaches you safely and undamaged.
